Jorge Monje, ARNP
Jorge Monje, APRN-RNFA, is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN), fluent in both English and Spanish. Originally from Bolivia, he completed a General Surgery Residency before moving to the United States. He brings over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong clinical background in general and orthopedic surgery.
Prior to joining HSS-NCH, Jorge worked as an advanced provider for an orthopedic-spine practice at the Orthopedic Center of Florida. He also gained valuable experience across multiple hospital settings in the Naples and Fort Myers areas, serving in roles including Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Assistant, and Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA). His background includes extensive experience working as the first surgical assistant in operating rooms.
Jorge received his Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner degree from Miami Regional University and is certified by the American Board of Surgical Assistants.
In his personal time, Jorge is a dedicated father of two. He maintains a healthy lifestyle and enjoys staying active through working out, swimming, and running outdoors, prioritizing quality time with his family.
