Radiculopathy is a term for symptoms that occur with compression of your nerve roots as they leave the spinal cord.
This can result in pain, numbness/tingling, and or weakness in your arms/trunk/legs. This can occur acutely from a specific event (e.g. disc herniation) or from a more chronic process (e.g. arthritic changes of the spine).
Treatment varies from nonoperative to operative and depends on the severity and duration of symptoms.
Cervical Radiculopathy
Lumbar Radiculopathy

Sciatica (Radiculopathy)
Nerve root compression causing pain, tingling, or weakness in limbs, treated with conservative or surgical methods.
